Living through a pandemic, our lives have been a bit topsy-turvy, so we might have fallen into some bad habits. With no performing opportunities, we might have stopped practicing on a regular basis. Staying at home and feeling isolated, we might have practiced cooking and mixology more than singing and yoga.
